Ordering Terms and Conditions

BACKORDERS:

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will be notified via Email in 4-5 days if your item is backordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES:

Orders placed from within Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax on all applicable merchandise.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Forest Park Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. By placing a credit card order, the customer grants Forest Park Enterprises, Inc. permission to contact their bank to verify name and address.

RETURNS:

Special orders are normally NOT returnable. What determines if a special order is returnable is the condition of the merchandise and whether the vendor will take the item(s) back. If an item that you ordered is returnable to our supplier there is a restocking fee of 20% and any shipping charges (to and/or from) will be deducted from any refund that would be due to you. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days for regularly stocked items. If the product you purchased is not in new condition, complete with the packaging and all parts/hardware intact, it is NOT returnable. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRONIC MEDIA.(Exchanges only for defective product.) NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to international destinations. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to billing and shipping.
